Our BBQ Cooking classes are conducted at your HOME(private) OFFICE(corporate) using your BBQ.All our Chefs are PROFESSIONAL BBQ Chefs that know how to teach you the basic cooking techniques,through to the most advanced methods of cooking and presentation.
You and your BBQ friends will learn how to BBQ an extensive array of produce,Beef,Chicken,Duck,Seafood,Sausages, all of the highest quality available.How to make dressings,sauces.Combine ingredients for sensational salads and many other BBQ tips and secrets.
1.Your BBQ Chef will arrive 1/2 an hour before the commencement of the BBQ Cooking class to make sure everthing is in order,set up and get changed into uniform.
2.Introduction,Menu outline and what you want to achieve out of the course.
3. Cooking Class commences and Chef will demonstrate how to prepare and cook your first item on the menu.
4.Now its your turn,hope you paid attention !
5.While your tasting and discussing your first course Chef is cleaning the BBQ and preparing for the next item on the menu.
6.Have a wine or beer(to match food) and watch Chef take you through item 2 on the menu.
7.It's your turn again,so ask questions if your not sure of anything.Thats what Chef is there for ! Taste and discuss.......
8.Chef is now preparing for the final item on the menu(usually the most substantial menu item)
9.Bye now you will be confident and longing to impress with item 3 on the menu.
10.All done and ready to sit down with a cold beverage and enjoy your masterpiece with your colleagues and discuss the class.Chef will be cleaning up and getting changed and will then join you for any questions you may have.
Printed hand outs with all the infomation from the menu are yours to keep,start your BBQ folder and you will always be confident cooking and impressing others with your acquired BBQ cooking skills.
